This is where member suggestions go and what happened to them. Every entry below started as somebody telling us something was wrong, missing, or worth trying.

We read every suggestion and reply within a week. Decisions get posted here as we make them. Those are two different promises on purpose. A reply is one person and one email, and you will always get one. A board entry needs a decision actually made and an answer worth reading, and that happens at the pace decisions happen.

Some things do not belong on a public board

A problem with another member or with a member of staff, anything that happened to you or to someone else on the floor, an injury, or a question about your billing — use the private option on the form below. It goes to John, Kent and Meredith and nobody else, and none of it is ever posted here, in any form.

One rule for the public side: do not name staff or other members. Describe what happened and what you want changed. We will work out who needs to hear it.

Your name is not published unless you tell us it can be, and the most that ever appears is your first name and last initial. We ask for your name and email so a person can write back to you, not so we can put them on a page.
